Creative Exhibition Stand Design Meets Strip-Side Problem-Solving
Back in February, we flew over to Las Vegas to build a booth for a gassy, canned, flavoured whipped cream company, which wanted to advertise their wares to the Strip's commercial community at the CHAMPS trade show. So we strapped on our creative heads and hauled our designer butts over to the good ole US of A.
Now we're not ones to shy away from a challenge. We live for booth design. We eat tension for breakfast and drink budget constraints like bad hotel coffee. And this project tested us, allowing us to flex our muscles, use every inch of our brains, and colour outside the lines.
We had aspirations of sand dunes, ocean scents, screens brighter than our future, and much, much more. With time not on our side and the need to stay within the client's budget, we threw caution to the wind and got busy building a booth.

From Bikinis to Booth Fixes, We Made the Stand Work
At The Authentic Brief, we take on a lot of projects worldwide, and each one is a rewarding experience, even when it presents a challenge. And boy, we were put to the test in Vegas. With a conservative budget to work with, we didn't cry. (Okay, we cried a little.) But then we got to work. We sourced bikinis in downtown Vegas. We painted cupboards by hand. We hunted down rogue wires like they owed us money.
The builders were delightfully unpredictable, so we decided to take charge and manage the project ourselves. Something we take pride in, even when it's organised chaos. Several things needed fixing and organising with the booth design and build.
Misaligned cupboard doors, incorrectly printed graphics, and exposed wires. All spotted, fixed, and ticked off by us. We even headed into Las Vegas and sourced bikinis for the booth models, to match the booth's colour scheme and aesthetic. We rock, to be frank.

You may think this sort of project is a headache for us. Well, actually, no. Every now and then, a project lands in our laps that requires us to think a little harder, work a little harder, and be slightly more creative. And that's perfectly okay with us.
It's easy to get complacent; it's easy to sail through straightforward projects, but what really drives us is problem-solving. The challenges. The bosses are pointing fingers at each other. That's what we strive for, and that's what we do. We get busy
This project was a challenge for us, but it wasn't anything we couldn't handle. We're pretty sure that it won't be our last head-scratcher or plot-twist.
